ZMesh comes in a 9" or 12" very durable bronze screen heating element that can be used underneath any non-metal roof. ZMesh is designed to be installed underneath shingles, along eaves and up valleys where ice dams, heavy snow loads, and icicles on the roof may be a problem. ZMesh is easily installed and can be nailed and stapled through for any non-conductive (non-metal) shingle.

Tuff Cable also provides another option for heating from underneath non-metal roofing materials. Tuff Cable is a durable copper coated conductor that can be installed in a Heatizon Heatsink Kit or Invizimelt Panel for roofs. Tuff cable is safe, easy to repair, customizable, and cut to length in the field.

It is reccommeded to installing/extending a non-metal roof de-icing system to the gutter/downspouts in conjunction with our roof heating systems to ensure maximum water flow.
